报告摘要:

A doctoral thesis is a coherent, integrated and critical research story arising from your research journey. It documents your research output, personal reflection as the final product of your doctorate study. The writing process is the interplay between writing for self and writing for others that incrementally transforms the journey into the story. This report sheds lights on writing process for others and help to focus on readers’ expectations and needs through content-related and structured-related writing. We will use methodology chapter/section as an example to show how the use of prompts can facilitate our writing. There will be discussion and activities to engage participants to write to prompts which will be of great help to thesis writing.
